The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and project management skills, ensuring that all equipment and systems are maintained in optimal working condition. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance management, with an emphasis on safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime of equipment and systems. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for both preventive and corrective maintenance. Utilize logic controllers and electrical schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues effectively. Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training as necessary.
