The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and project management skills, ensuring that all equipment and systems are maintained in optimal working condition. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance management, with an emphasis on safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime of equipment and systems. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for both preventive and corrective maintenance. Utilize logic controllers and electrical schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues effectively. Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training as necessary. Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify potential issues or areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory management, and compliance documentation. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team. Collaborate with other departments to support project management initiatives related to facility upgrades or new installations. Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance management or a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with low voltage systems. Proficiency in using voltmeters and other diagnostic tools for troubleshooting electrical issues. Familiarity with logic controllers and the ability to read schematics is essential. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also managing individual responsibilities.
