Create Great Experiences. At Chuck-A-Rama, great food is only part of what keeps guests coming back. Our Service Managers lead the Front of House team and help make sure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and glad they chose to dine with us. As a Service Manager, you'll take the lead on the guest experience from the moment guests walk through the door until they leave. You'll coach and develop our Front of House Team Members, oversee daily service, solve problems, and work alongside your team to keep the dining room running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who genuinely enjoys people. You'll spend your time leading from the floor, supporting your team, connecting with guests, and making sure the service we provide lives up to the food we're proud to serve. What You'll Do As a Service Manager, you'll help lead Front of House operations, including: Leading, coaching, and supporting Front of House Team Members Creating a friendly, positive, and welcoming environment for guests and team members Being visible and engaged on the restaurant floor throughout your shift Training team members on service standards, procedures, and guest care Setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback and coaching Overseeing daily Front of House operations and shift execution Making sure guests are greeted, tables are cared for, and service stays attentive throughout the meal Supporting register operations and ensuring accurate cash-handling procedures Responding to guest questions, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care Resolving problems quickly and finding solutions that create a positive guest experience Coordinating with the kitchen and management team to keep service running smoothly Helping create schedules and ensuring appropriate staffing for each shift Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, entrance, restrooms, and other guest areas Ensuring Front of House food safety, sanitation, and company procedures are followed Monitoring Front of House supplies and communicating ordering needs Identifying opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and the overall guest experience Stepping into Front of House positions when needed during busy periods What We're Looking For Great Service Managers know how to lead a team while never losing sight of the guest. We're looking for a leader who: Has a high school diploma or GED Has restaurant management, hospitality leadership, or comparable supervisory experience Genuinely enjoys working with people and creating great guest experiences Leads by example and is comfortable working alongside the team Can coach, motivate, and develop team members Communicates clearly and professionally Remains calm and solution-focused when challenges arise Can multitask and make good decisions in a busy restaurant environment Has strong organizational and time-management skills Understands restaurant service and Front of House operations Is comfortable learning and using POS, scheduling, and restaurant systems Holds themselves and their team accountable to high standards Works well with both Front and Back of House teams Is available to work a flexible restaurant schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Back of House experience is a plus, but a strong understanding of hospitality, leadership, and guest service is what matters most.
