Direct Hire Field Manager | St. George, UT Nexeo Staffing is seeking an experienced Field Manager for a respected and established company specializing in custom countertops, flooring, tile, and interior surface solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with a construction background who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, customer service, and leading projects from start to finish. We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to build a long-term career. This individual will serve as the face of the company in the field, interacting directly with customers and ensuring projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional quality. Responsibilities Measure and template countertop projects with precision Coordinate with fabrication and installation teams to ensure timely project completion Conduct quality control inspections prior to installation Assist with countertop installations when necessary Handle field service requests and project touch-ups professionally Work closely with office staff to maintain installation schedules Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards Build positive relationships with customers, contractors, and team members Identify and resolve project issues in the field Maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Construction industry experience required Experience with countertops, cabinetry, flooring, tile, remodeling, millwork, or related trades preferred Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable, organized, and professional Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Desire for a long-term career with growth potential

Preferred:

Countertop industry experience Residential construction or remodeling experience Project coordination or field supervision experience Quality control and installation management experience Blueprint, measurement, and templating experience Pay $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Schedule Full Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Nexeo Benefits
