Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain various systems within our facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations. Duties
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Fabricate and weld components as necessary to support maintenance tasks.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems, including logic controllers, to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct facilities maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs.
  • Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Supervise maintenance projects as needed, ensuring adherence to safety standards and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Qualifications
  • Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance.
  • Strong electrical skills, including the ability to work with logic controllers.
  • Proficiency in fabricating and welding is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and understand technical schematics and manuals.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Previous supervisory experience is a plus but not mandatory.
