F&I Manager - Axio Automotive Sandy We are excited to welcome a key piece to our Axio Automotive family at our Sandy dealership . Come be part of one of the fastest-growing used car dealership groups in the state, with an incredible selection of inventory and a team that knows the car business. Axio Automotive offers a great place to work, an aggressive pay plan, opportunities for growth within an expanding company, and a dealership environment run by car people. We are looking to add one highly qualified and experienced F&I Manager to our Sandy team. This person will be responsible for guiding customers through the finance and protection-product portion of their purchase, structuring deals with our lending partners, and maximizing F&I performance while maintaining a great customer experience. Vehicle service contract production and penetration will be a major priority of this position.
Responsibilities:
Guide customers through the financing and F&I portion of their vehicle purchase Structure deals and secure approvals with banks, credit unions, and finance companies Maintain strong relationships with lending partners Present and sell vehicle service contracts, GAP, and other F&I products Drive strong service contract penetration and overall F&I profitability Work effectively with customers across a wide range of credit profiles Ensure all contracts, disclosures, lender stipulations, and deal paperwork are accurate and complete Follow contracts through funding and quickly resolve any funding issues Maintain a strong understanding of lender programs, advances, approval guidelines, and deal structure Work closely with sales managers and the General Manager to get deals bought and completed Maintain compliance with dealership policies and applicable federal and state requirements Provide a professional, efficient, and customer-focused F&I experience
Experience:
Previous automotive dealership F&I Manager experience is required Minimum of 3 years of successful F&I experience preferred Used car dealership experience strongly preferred Proven track record of strong F&I gross, PVR, and product penetration Proven ability to consistently sell vehicle service contracts Strong understanding of automotive lending, credit, deal structure, lender programs, and funding Ability to structure challenging deals and secure lender approvals Strong closing, presentation, and customer service skills Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of F&I compliance and documentation Competitive, accountable, dependable, and motivated by performance Familiarity with dealership management systems, electronic contracting, and lender submission platforms Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Bilingual is preferred but not required Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
