GENERAL PURPOSE OF THIS JOB

(Summary) This position is accountable for providing expertise and direction in the area of maintenance. This position will work with the EPCM Team and contractors to ensure the project facilities are properly maintained and there is a proper tracking system to support these activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIESRESPONSIBILITIES

Functional Responsibilities Provide the Mechanical Leaders with clerical and technical support for all equipment on the project Develop, implement, and continually update the Maintenance Program. Facilitate and monitor the Maintenance work order system Ensure that a Maintenance Plan is in place for all equipment on the project. Ensure all OEM and best practice approaches are met and / or exceeded Track performance expectations and report on as required for all equipment maintenance with appropriate identified management metrics Audit and assist the contractor in their Maintenance Programs Define, communicate, and monitor key maintenance processes Other duties as assigned Client Focus Provide professional and courteous interaction with all stakeholders Ensure work is completed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner Supervisory Responsibilities Ensures that the crew members know and understand safety and operating procedures and meet these standards at all times Ensure that equipment and manpower are used optimally in their area of responsibility with the objectives of production, safety, health, and cost effectiveness considered

HEALTHSAFETY

Work in compliance with all Health and Safety rules and regulations for Cementation Incorporate Health and Safety considerations in all functions and daily activities of the position Monitor work environment for health and safety hazards or infractions and reports the same to Health and Safety Department Keep work area clean and free of clutter Use proper equipment for the job, i.e. stepladder vs. chair

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent preferred At least 7 years of trades and maintenance planning Certificate(s), License(s), Registration(s) MSHA Underground Certification required Trade Certificate preferred Skills, Knowledge,Abilities Strategic leadership skills including ability to maintain confidentiality Computer skills Technical and practical background Decision making and prioritization skills Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong planning and organizing skills Possess problem solving, critical thinking skills General knowledge of applicable mining regulations, safety codes and acts Cementation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
