As a company specializing in quick Emission and Safety inspections, we are looking for a motivated individual to lead our operations and uphold our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations at both locations, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and optimize stock levels.
• Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
• Utilize retail math principles to analyze sales data, set targets, and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
