Maintenance Supervisor Details:

Temporary position $28.85 to $46.63 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 03:30pm) Lead and support a team of Millwrights, assigning daily maintenance tasks and keeping the team on track. Troubleshoot and oversee repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to keep equipment reliable and minimize downtime. Partner with Production and Engineering teams to solve equipment issues and improve daily operations. Maintain a safe, organized maintenance operation while tracking work orders, parts, equipment performance, and maintenance costs.

Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or an associate degree in a related field is a plus. 3-5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or mining environment, including 1-2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with proven troubleshooting skills. Experience with CMMS/maintenance management software; ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and electrical/mechanical schematics. Industrial maintenance, welding, electrical, PLC, or Millwright certifications and experience are a plus.
