Land Rover Chantilly is looking for an experienced Shop Foreman to help lead and develop our growing service team. We are looking for the technician who other technicians already turn to; someone who can diagnose the difficult problems, mentor the team, raise standards, and help create an exceptional shop culture. What You'll Do Lead and mentor technicians at all skill levels Assist with complex diagnostics and technical escalations Improve shop productivity, workflow, and Fix Right First Time performance Partner with Service Management to maintain high standards Help build a culture of teamwork, accountability, hospitality, and pride in workmanship Who We're Looking For Experienced Jaguar Land Rover technician strongly preferred JLR L4 / Live Battery certification is strongly preferred Advanced diagnostic, electrical, EV, and high-voltage experience Strong leadership and communication skills ASE and Virginia State Inspector certifications preferred Most importantly: someone who makes the people around them better Why Land Rover Chantilly?
