General Public- G Job Duties The Building & Grounds Superintendent Senior manages the Building & Grounds Program providing institutional upkeep of Baskerville Correctional Center by maintaining the physical plant at a high level of efficiency, in a cost-efficient manner, and in accordance with all Federal, State and local codes, as well as Department of Corrections (DOC) standards.
