Position Title:
Maintenance FLLWoodyard & Mill General Pay Rate:
$95,000- $121,000 Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

Lead and direct the woodyard/mill general mechanical maintenance team to deliver results in the areas of safety, engagement, and reliability. Demonstrates ability to lead, coach, and develop hourly direct reports Ensures jobs are being completed timely and team members are cleaning up in their areas Fosters an environment that will continuously improve productivity through innovation in order to achieve exceptional performance of all maintenance personnel and operators Improves maintenance workforce effectiveness by eliminating the potential for delays and obstacles through proper planning and coordination of parts, equipment, and personnel Manage costs to budget/input in the budgeting process Establishes clear expectations for quality of work Assists and coordinates area routine and outage work with planners and Woodyard Area Process Manager Attends and actively participates in the MWS, Scheduling and Weekend Duty meetings. Reviews PJSA's and precision maintenance documents and files accordingly Completes all daily scheduling tasks from the work priorities establish in the scheduling meetings Ensures all repairs are completed properly by requiring crews to utilize precision practices and high quality workmanship Ensures all work history documentation in SAP-PM is completed Commmitment and ownership to precision maintenance and reliability for area. Supports and drives area reliability systems (RCFA, PM/PdM, Precision Maintenance, etc.)About You:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
2-5+ years of pulp and paper industrial maintenance experience required BS Degree in Engineering- Preferred 5+ years of progressive experience managing maintenance systems
- Preferred At least 2 years' experience managing/supervising people
- Preferred (If Internal) Completion of Onboarding or Franklin Setup Curriculum
- Preferred Maintenance experience in a Pulp mill or Power plant environment.
