Job Description

Results-driven maintenance and engineering leader responsible for overseeing plant maintenance, utilities, facilities, and technical services operations in a large manufacturing environment. This role ensures equipment reliability, maximizes uptime, manages maintenance teams and contractors, controls budgets, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead maintenance, utilities, and facilities operations to support safe and efficient production. Manage maintenance personnel, contractors, training, performance, and workforce development. Oversee preventive maintenance programs, equipment reliability, work orders, and spare parts inventory. Support capital projects, equipment installations, and process improvements. Monitor KPIs, downtime, and maintenance performance to drive operational excellence. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Manage maintenance budgets and optimize resource utilization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred. 10+ years of maintenance or engineering leadership experience in manufacturing. Food processing experience preferred. Strong background in preventive maintenance, reliability, project management, and continuous improvement. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and PLCs is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
