Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance teams, ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of facilities and equipment, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage maintenance teams to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities across various facilities and equipment Monitor maintenance budgets, resources, and inventory to optimize operational efficiency Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all maintenance activities Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and equipment history Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance needs and improve operational workflows Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance maintenance procedures and reduce costs Requirements Proven experience in maintenance management or a similar supervisory role Strong team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff Technical knowledge of building systems, machinery, or equipment relevant to the organization's operations Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly and effectively Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments

Pay:

$35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
