Service Manager Advanced Auto Tech - 4.0 Lorton, VA Job Details Full-time $100,000 - $130,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Retirement plan Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Service Manager Advanced Auto Tech We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our operations and drive success at our high-performing, full-service repair facility. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, motivate teams, and are passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience, we want to hear from you. Our shop features 10 bays, 9 lifts, and a fully climate-controlled, 8,000 sq. ft. workspace. As a service leader, you'll work closely with technicians, advisors, and ownership to keep the workflow smooth and customers satisfied.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily service operations, from customer check-in to vehicle delivery. Supervise and support Service Advisors and Technicians. Manage workflow, scheduling, and repair order accuracy. Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure satisfaction. Track KPIs, drive sales goals, and report to ownership. Maintain a high standard of service, safety, and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years in automotive service advising or management. Proven leadership and team development skills. Strong communication and problem-solving ability. Experience with Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. Valid driver's license and clean record.
