Maintenance Supervisor

McLean Location:
7480 Birdwood Ave, McLean, VA 22102Salary Range:
$90,000- 100,000 Plus potential 15% bonus + renewal commissions
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- On call week hours are Monday
- Friday 9:00 am
- 6:00 pm $2000 ONE

Primary Responsibilities for theMaintenance Supervisor:
Overseeing onsite maintenance team Working closely with Property Manager and onsite management team Providing leadership and guidance to foster a productive team environment and achieve property maintenance goals Providing effective training to new maintenance staff members Delivering professional, quality services to residents and responding to service requests in a timely manner Adhering to all applicable codes and standards and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols. Providing effective maintenance management throughout all areas of the property Controlling inventory, ordering and delivery of approved supplies and equipment Performing various community maintenance services relating to plumbing repair, appliance repair, minor electrical repairs, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs Managing apartment turnover process for efficient resident move-ins Completing all required inspections Establishing effective relationships with vendors and partners to maximize quality of service to residents and meet budgeting objectives Managing staffing schedule to ensure 24/7 emergency coverage The Property- The Point at McLean Class A 319 units What We're Looking for in a
