Facility Maintenance ensures the dealership's facilities and equipment operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This includes performing preven tative maintenance, addressing repairs, and assisting with facility upgrades. The technician will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and operational environment for both employees and customers, contributing to a positive experience within the dealership. Ensure all service bays, customer areas, and facility grounds are maintained to company standards. Ensure compliance with OSHA and dealership safety regulations. Participate in safety meetings and training sessions and promote a safety-first mindset among dealership staff. Identify and address potential safety hazards, taking proactive measures to prevent accidents Requirements High school diploma or GED Experience in facility or building maintenance, ideally in an automotive or dealership environment.
