Job Description

SERVICE MANAGER NEEDED

American Fleet Service, Inc. is looking for a self motivated manager with at least several years experience, that can motivate the sales staff and technicians to produce proper margins and keep work flow moving to keep our customers needs fulfilled. This manager would over see the entire shop operations, from parts acquisition, shop maintenance and technician efficiency. This position would answer directly to the owners weekly with reports on all key performance indicators. This manager would make all final decisions in regard to customer and employee issues that may arise. The owners are always available if needed for guidance and advice. Our Point of Sale software is FullBay and we use FullBay payments processing. This position would also perform service writing, parts, and estimating on service orders as needed. Bonuses can be discussed when we are in the interview stage.
