- Oversee mailroom, fleet, facilities, inventory, and supply operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance, and accurate recordkeeping.
- Lead and develop staff through hiring, training, cross-training, performance management, KPI development, and on-call scheduling.
- Manage department fleet operations, maintenance, safety compliance, accident response, and coordination with Public Works and Risk Management.
- Oversee facility maintenance, security, vendor coordination, capital assets, and emergency shelter activation/deactivation efforts.
- Manage procurement, inventory control, mail distribution, receiving, storage, equipment maintenance, and customer service operations.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, process improvements, and resource plans to support agency operations and city projects.
- Serve as the primary lead during shelter activations and support special projects, community events, and emergency response activities.
- Participate in an on-call rotation requiring availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather events.

- Five years of relevant experience (examples: overseeing mailroom, fleet, facilities, inventory, and supply operations)
- Management experience
- Tech savvy (SharePoint and Microsoft)
- Associates or Bachelors
- CFM certification
