You will drive a culture of proactive maintenance, utilizing your expertise in industrial systems to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance. Responsibilities Lead and mentor the maintenance team, fostering a high-performance environment focused on safety and technical excellence. Execute and refine preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize asset longevity. Coordinate with production leadership to align maintenance activities with operational schedules and throughput goals. Manage departmental budgets, procurement of parts, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations. Oversee the quality of work performed by both internal staff and external contractors, ensuring adherence to environmental and safety regulations. Utilize CMMS data to track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. Develop standardized procedures for major overhauls and equipment outages to ensure consistent execution. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with hands-on assembly line machinery expertise. 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Proficiency in PLC programming, hydraulic systems, and industrial electrical troubleshooting. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics.
