Job Description
Overview The Regional Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading plant maintenance and reliability initiatives across the Mid-Atlantic Aggregates business. This position supports the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of multiple sand and aggregate production facilities by developing and executing maintenance strategies that maximize equipment uptime, improve asset reliability, and support operational performance. The Regional Maintenance Supervisor serves as a technical and operational leader, working closely with plant management to standardize maintenance practices, optimize equipment performance, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. This regional role requires regular travel between operating locations in Virginia and North Carolina using a company-provided vehicle and will play a critical role in supporting the continued growth of the aggregates business. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all maintenance activities across multiple aggregate production facilities to maximize equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and plant availability. Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime and extend equipment life. Plan, prioritize, schedule, and oversee maintenance work while coordinating closely with plant operations to support production goals and planned outages. Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting equipment failures, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing long-term corrective actions to improve reliability.
