Maintenance Supervisor:

Supervise and train general maintenance personnel to ensure facility upkeep and compliance Conduct monthly and daily inspections of safety equipment, hazardous waste areas, and critical systems Manage maintenance contracts, obtain quotes, and select suppliers for facility needs Perform and oversee preventative maintenance on equipment, including compressors and CNC machinery Initiate personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures Participate in continuous improvement programs and maintain a safe, clean working environment Your skills and experience: Strong leadership and team supervision abilities Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems Ability to interpret PLC ladder logic and diagnostic functions on CNC equipment Excellent time management and communication skills Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing systems Commitment to safety protocols and willingness to learn new processes What you can expect from
