What they do
A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

Job Description
- Manage and optimize utilization of Boeing facilities.
- Manage customer requests for facilities services, including construction, rearrangements, moves, and asset or real estate acquisitions.
- Evaluate requests, define requirements and conduct feasibility studies to formulate project scope and integrated plans, coordinating with both internal teams and external customers.
- Analyze data to assess building capabilities, program, and employee needs, developing recommendations based on business strategies.
- Create scenarios and evaluate multiple options to deliver data-driven insights that align with real estate strategy and business objectives.
- Establish plans based on customer initiatives, forecast space requirements, and design complex project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Present proposals to stakeholders, manage real property assets, and set both short- and long-term business objectives through strategic and tactical planning activities.
- Align business partner strategy, real property asset strategies and infrastructure investments into Long Range Business Plans.

- Experience developing long range business plans
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 3 years of experience in facilities planning
- More than 3 years of experience using AutoCAD or similar CAD program
