Ellensburg Solar is hiring a Service Manager to lead our customer service operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming service calls from intake through resolution, including scheduling, dispatch, and follow-up Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with service issues, troubleshooting requests, and repair needs Track and prioritize service call volume, ensuring timely response and completion Maintain accurate records of service history, customer communications, and job status Oversee billing processes related to service calls and customer accounts Handle warranty claims and coordinate with equipment manufacturers on repairs and replacements Identify recurring issues and work with the team to improve service response times and customer satisfaction
