Comprehensive Benefits Package Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing facility and production equipment maintenance, supervising technicians, coordinating repairs, and ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance experience who thrives in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily maintenance operations and mentor maintenance technicians. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. Plan and oversee equipment repairs, installations, and facility improvements. Maintain production equipment, HVAC systems, air compressors, cranes, forklifts, paint systems, processing tanks, electrical systems, and other facility equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic systems. Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors as needed. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Maintain inventory of maintenance parts, tools, and supplies. Review production schedules to minimize equipment downtime. Operate forklifts, cranes, scissor lifts, and other maintenance equipment safely. Qualifications 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace or chemical processing preferred). Previous leadership or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and industrial equipment maintenance. Experience with preventive maintenance software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Welding experience (MIG, TIG, and Stick) preferred. Forklift experience and confined space knowledge preferred. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills. Education High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Why Join Us?
