Current U.S. Passport Required Job Description Resicum International LLC is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to oversee contractor personnel supporting P-8A aircraft Organizational-Level Maintenance operations at NAS Whidbey Island, Washington . The Site Supervisor / Site Manager will provide overall on-site leadership, workforce supervision, operational coordination, quality oversight, and escalation management for contractor personnel supporting the P-8A maintenance mission. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring maintenance operations are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP), applicable technical manuals, technical directives, local instructions, and contract requirements. The Site Supervisor must maintain overall management responsibility for contractor operations across all assigned shifts and coordinate closely with Government Maintenance Control, military personnel, and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The contract requires a minimum of one on-site Site Supervisor and establishes a minimum supervisory ratio of one supervisor for every 18 contractor employees per shift. The Site Supervisor must be physically on-site during core operating hours and dedicated exclusively to this task order. Key Responsibilities Provide daily on-site supervision and management of contractor personnel supporting P-8A aircraft maintenance. Maintain supervisory oversight across all operational shifts. Coordinate contractor maintenance activities with Government Maintenance Control and other Government representatives. Ensure personnel perform work in accordance with
CNAFINST 4790.2
series, applicable NAMPSOPs, technical manuals, technical directives, and local instructions. Manage workforce performance, productivity, training, qualifications, and certifications. Ensure personnel possess required qualifications and certifications before performing assigned maintenance. Maintain documentation of employee qualifications, certifications, and training. Coordinate with the COR regarding operational issues, personnel matters, schedule changes, and significant maintenance concerns. Ensure maintenance actions are properly documented in applicable aircraft logs, records, forms, and electronic maintenance systems. Support P-8A aircraft readiness and availability objectives. Monitor maintenance schedules and assist in prioritizing work based on operational requirements. Coordinate responses to changes in aircraft availability, weather, flight schedules, and mission priorities. Provide management and escalation responsibility for contractor operations. Ensure required staffing levels and operational coverage are maintained. Support required emergency drills and aircraft movement activities. Ensure contractor personnel comply with applicable safety, quality, maintenance, and security requirements. Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for day-to-day site operations. Specific

Prior supervisory or lead experience supporting
P-8/P-8A
aircraft maintenance operations.
Required:
Direct experience managing, supervising, or leading personnel performing Organizational-Level Maintenance on
P-8/P-8A
aircraft. Must have a strong working knowledge of
P-8/P-8A
aircraft maintenance operations and flight-line activities. Must understand aircraft maintenance scheduling, readiness, documentation, and operational requirements. Experience coordinating
P-8/P-8A
maintenance activities with Government Maintenance Control is highly desirable. Generic aircraft maintenance supervisory experience without demonstrated
P-8/P-8A
experience will not satisfy the specific aircraft experience requirement.
Requirements:
Must possess a current U.S. Passport . Must possess and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance . Must be eligible for required site access and CAC issuance. Must have demonstrated aircraft maintenance leadership and supervisory experience. Must possess strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Must be capable of managing multiple maintenance priorities and personnel requirements. Knowledge of NAMP requirements is highly desirable. Must be capable of working effectively with military personnel, Government representatives, and contractor employees. Must be able to work on-site at NAS Whidbey Island, Washington. Must be available to support the operational schedule required by the contract. Must maintain all required qualifications, certifications, and training throughout the period of performance.
