We re looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who takes pride in caring for our communities and the people who call them home. You ll lead by example, support and develop your maintenance team, and work closely with property leadership to keep our communities safe, welcoming, and well maintained. If you re a positive team player who enjoys solving problems, helping others, and being part of a supportive, family-oriented workplace, we d love to meet you!Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and train the maintenance team Oversee apartment make-ready procedures Make regular inspections of the grounds, buildings, and major equipment Make repairs or replacements as necessary and with approval of the Community Manager May assist in tracking maintenance budget Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies Available or on-call for emergencies when assigned Ensure employee compliance with the Washington State Residential Landlord & Tenant Act Qualifications- This position carries supervisory responsibilities.
