Position Overview We are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to support the day-to-day maintenance operations of our residential properties. This is a hands-on role for someone who is reliable, shows up every day, and brings a positive attitude to the job . Skill matters—but consistency, accountability, and work ethic matter just as much. What You'll Do Maintenance & Repairs Complete routine and emergency repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) Respond to service requests quickly and professionally Maintain common areas and building systems Preventive Maintenance Perform scheduled maintenance to prevent future issues Identify and report problems before they become costly repairs Safety & Compliance Follow all safety procedures and building regulations Maintain clean, safe work environments Keep accurate records of work completed Team & Vendor Support Coordinate with vendors when needed Work closely with property management to keep operations running smoothly Emergency Response Participate in an on-call rotation Handle urgent issues (leaks, outages, system failures) promptly What We're Looking For Reliable and consistent
