We're looking for an experienced Shop Foreman who can lead our technical team, manage workflow, maintain high quality standards, and take the lead on challenging diagnostics.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Shop Foreman, you'll play a key leadership role in keeping our technicians productive and our repair quality consistently high. You'll be responsible for: Training, directing, and supporting a team of 6+ technicians Managing shop workflow and technician efficiency Assisting with advanced and difficult diagnostics Providing technical guidance to the team Performing thorough quality-control checks Facilitating monthly meetings and trainings Helping maintain high standards for workmanship and safety Supporting a professional, organized, team-oriented shop environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate has: 10+ years of professional automotive experience European automotive experience preferred 2+ years of management or leadership experience Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience training, directing, and supervising 6+ technicians Strong understanding of shop workflow and efficiency Ability to perform thorough vehicle quality-control inspections Knowledge of automotive safety procedures and best practices Full set of professional automotive tools Valid driver's license EPA Section 609 A/C Certification ASE Certification(s) — certifications currently in progress are acceptable We provide the heavy equipment, specialty tools, and diagnostic equipment you need to do the job.
