The actual location of this job is in Bend, Oregon (USA). Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed. Join Lonza's industry-leading manufacturing team and play a critical role in keeping our industrial production equipment and facility systems operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. As our Industrial Maintenance Supervisor (Night Shift), you will lead a skilled maintenance team responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across our Bend site. This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real - time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. What you will get 15% salary increase applied while working nights An agile career and dynamic working culture An inclusive and ethical workplace Compensation programs that recognize high performance Medical, dental and vision insurance Access to Lonza's comprehensive global benefits package Career growth opportunities within a world-leading life sciences organization What you will do Lead and develop a team of industrial maintenance technicians Drive safe, reliable, and compliant maintenance execution Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, and Quality teams Prioritize maintenance resources based on safety and operational impact Ensure GMP-compliant maintenance practices and CMMS execution Mentor team members and foster operational excellence What we are looking for High School Diploma or GED required; technical education preferred Experience leading maintenance activities within industrial manufacturing environments Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience utilizing CMMS platforms and maintenance planning processes Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence Every day, Lonza's products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
