Maintenance Manager $26.00 per hour Do you have technical and leadership abilities, experience in Maintenance, and want to work for a company that positively impacts the lives of the many individuals it serves? In the Maintenance Manager role, you will help this company in its commitment to serve others by ensuring that all grounds and equipment are in good working order to maintain a safe, attractive, and enjoyable living environment for the individuals receiving services. Oversee ongoing preventative maintenance programs for assigned sites Plan and schedule work assignments of maintenance staff Analyze and resolve complaints pertaining to personnel, services, and equipment Manage outside contractors to ensure the quality of work delivered; coordinate proposals and bids from contractors; and maintain relationships with building inspectors, fire marshal, and vendors Participate in budget planning for the maintenance department Draft plans for building needs, wire buildings for computer networking, and repair all damages to building surfaces Plan and direct inventory control program for equipment, parts, and supplies Foster a culture of continuous improvement Oversee the establishment of accounts with material vendors
