Job Description
Job Summary A local Oconto County family is seeking a warm, reliable, and dedicated individual to provide in home care and support for a vibrant young women living with Xeroderma Pigmentosum (XP). This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in a family's life, offering companionship and practical assistance in a comfortable home environment. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and diaper changes Assist with mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts G-Tube Feeding Engage residents through social activities, companionship, and supportive interaction to enhance overall well-being Qualifications Prior experience in caretaking is highly preferred Knowledge of Xeroderma Pigmentosum is helpful but not needed. Ability to perform personal care tasks including hygiene assistance Valid driver's license Strong communication skills coupled with a caring attitude are essential for success in this role
