The Maintenance Director responsibilities include:
Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of the property Prepare rooms for new residents Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations Provide a high level of customer service Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects of property Maintain community landscaping to make sure the outside is as presentable as the insideMaintenance Director Qualifications:
Two years of experience working in building maintenance At least one year of experience as a supervisor Ability to be on call for evening and weekend emergencies #OPP What's in it for you?
