About the Role As a Facilities Maintenance Lead, you will spearhead the operational reliability of our production environment by directing technical teams and optimizing equipment performance. You will play a critical role in driving plant efficiency, ensuring rigorous safety compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through proactive maintenance strategies. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of technicians, electricians, and mechanics to ensure high-quality output and operational excellence. Develop and execute comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime. Analyze maintenance data and KPIs to identify trends, reduce costs, and resolve recurring technical issues. Oversee the procurement of spare parts and manage relationships with external contractors and vendors. Ensure all facility operations strictly adhere to OSHA, NFPA, and internal safety protocols. Manage work order lifecycles and equipment history documentation using advanced CMMS platforms. Coordinate the installation of new machinery and support large-scale capital improvement projects. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance. Proven expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems. Proficiency in CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing technical personnel. Preferred Skills Technical degree or professional certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechanical fields. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
