Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM-7:00 AM Relocation Assistance Available We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead third-shift maintenance operations within a large, fast-paced manufacturing facility. This position will oversee a team of 5-10 Maintenance Technicians and play a key role in equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, safety, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong electro-mechanical background, PLC and instrumentation knowledge, and proven maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Direct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities across production equipment and facility systems. Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with established procedures. Provide leadership during equipment failures, troubleshooting efforts, and root-cause analysis. Support troubleshooting of PLCs, instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and related industrial systems. Partner with Production to prioritize repairs, reduce equipment downtime, and improve overall reliability. Oversee maintenance work orders, SAP documentation, equipment records, and inventory-related processes. Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs, TPM initiatives, SOPs, and continuous improvement efforts. Monitor maintenance performance through KPIs, equipment reliability, and operational metrics. Train and mentor employees on proper maintenance procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and safe work practices. Maintain compliance with applicable safety, OSHA, USDA, and facility requirements. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Previous maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of PLCs and instrumentation . Solid electro-mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance experience . Demonstrated ability to lead technicians and provide coaching, training, and performance direction. Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and other departments. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Bachelor's degree is not required; equivalent education, technical training, and relevant industry experience will be considered. Must be available to work third shift and rotating weekend coverage.
