Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Build and lead a cohesive team for technical employees focused on company objectives of safety, quality, service, and efficiency. 2. Drive and apply lean principles to the maintenance processes to minimize waste and increase the throughput. 3. Use data collection processes to evaluate unplanned downtime and implement corrective actions. 4. Maintain monthly R&M spend for the facility. 5. Organize and track capital projects. 6. Maintain production standards and measurement systems as required. 7. Promote employee engagement activities to create and maintain a positive work environment. 8. Other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification:
