POSITION SUMMARY
The core responsibility of the Maintenance Planner role is to prioritize, plan, schedule, and oversee the successful completion of both requested and preventative maintenance work orders. In this capacity, the position involves guiding the daily activities of maintenance technicians, collaborating closely with the maintenance manager for larger-scale repairs and projects. The Maintenance Planner is also responsible for ordering parts, maintaining stock and inventory levels, and organizing parts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties may be assigned. Individual will work a varied schedule based on client needs. Plan, schedule, audit and document all maintenance work orders per production schedule while staying in compliance with OSHA, SQF and regulatory standards. Responsible for workforce planning and execution of all orders and quality standards of team. Manage inventory and costs, according to budget, to maximize production uptime. Responsible for ordering of parts (McMasterCarr, Grainger, OEM, and manage other suppliers) Maintain stock and inventory counts, with emphasis on organization In collaboration with the Maintenance Manager and Production Supervisor, effectively manage the preventive maintenance work backlogs ensuring work is properly prioritized and progresses efficiently so that work remains current and not deferred. EXPERIENCE
Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; Experience in CMMS system, FIIX preferred At least one to three years related industrial maintenance experience and/or training; Or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 2 years Maintenance Planning experience
