We're looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and wants to help develop the next generation of maintenance professionals. What You'll Do As our Lead Maintenance Technician, you'll work alongside our property managers and maintenance team to ensure our communities remain safe, clean, and well-maintained. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead by example while helping organize projects and mentor fellow technicians.
Responsibilities include:
Complete apartment turnovers efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Perform general building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, painting, and minor roofing repairs Diagnose and complete service requests in occupied apartments Assist with preventative maintenance programs Maintain organized maintenance shops, tools, inventory, and supplies Coordinate and prioritize daily work orders Help train and mentor entry-level maintenance technicians Work closely with property managers to plan projects and turnovers Participate in an on-call emergency maintenance rotation Maintain exceptional curb appeal and common areas throughout each community Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally What We're Looking For More important than experience alone, we're looking for someone with excellent character , a strong work ethic, and a desire to continually improve.

Reliable, honest, and accountable A positive team player who enjoys helping others succeed Comfortable leading by example while remaining hands-on Organized and self-motivated Willing to learn new skills and grow professionally Able to communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and teammates Takes ownership and pride in every project Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of apartment, residential, commercial, or general maintenance experience Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, drywall, and carpentry Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 75 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Why work with us?
