Job Overview We are seeking an experience Maintenance Lead or Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a small, but experienced team, and will report to the Plant Manager.

Hours:

8:30am-5pm (no nights/weekends!) This role will oversee both facilities and industrial equipment, along with management of outside contractors as needed. 70% of this position will be hands on, so seeking a doer and fixer, but also someone with strong communication and ability to lead. Requirements 5+ years of maintenance experience Strong Mechanical aptitude Basic electrical skills Strong communication skills Preventative maintenance Preferred Prior leadership experience Electrical skills Union experience This is a salaried position, with full benefits package.
