In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day service operations, ensure customers receive clear communication and outstanding service, and help the department run efficiently and profitably. Compensation $80,000-$100,000+ annually (Salary + Uncapped Commission) Responsibilities Lead and support the service department team to deliver an outstanding customer experience Greet and communicate with customers regarding vehicle concerns, diagnoses, and repair recommendations Oversee diagnosis and repair processes to ensure accuracy and quality Keep customers updated throughout the service process, from drop-off to delivery Manage service department scheduling, workflow, and productivity Monitor department performance, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership service standards Coach and develop service advisors and technicians Requirements Qualifications 2+ years of experience in automotive service or a dealership service department required; management experience preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable Technical/trade school diploma or ASE certifications preferred Strong customer service skills Strong computer skills Strong math skills High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Benefits Eligible team members may receive: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Daily Pay Options Employee Discounts on Vehicles, Parts, and Service Ongoing Training and Professional Development Career Advancement Opportunities Throughout Kunes Auto Group Join the Kunes Team If you're ready to lead a service department team and take the next step in your automotive career, we'd love to meet you.
