Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee all facets of facilities maintenance within our organization. This role is vital in ensuring that our property, mechanical systems, and infrastructure operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. As a key leader in facilities management, you will coordinate maintenance activities, supervise maintenance teams, and implement best practices aligned with safety regulations and industry standards. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, functional environment that supports our operational excellence and enhances the experience for all stakeholders. Duties Supervise and manage facilities maintenance teams responsible for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and industrial systems repair. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize equipment uptime and lifespan. Oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and other building infrastructure using schematics, engineering troubleshooting techniques, and appropriate tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Ensure compliance with safety regulations including OSHA standards by conducting regular safety audits, training staff on safety procedures, and maintaining accurate safety documentation. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs by coordinating resources, scheduling tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety incidents to support continuous improvement efforts. Collaborate with other departments to plan maintenance schedules that minimize operational disruptions while maximizing efficiency. Requirements Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams in industrial or manufacturing environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing mechanical systems such as HVAC units, plumbing networks, electrical circuits (including high voltage), and industrial machinery. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, engineering troubleshooting methods, and the use of testing tools like voltmeters and ohmmeters. Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards related to industrial maintenance operations. Experience managing facilities using CMMS software for work order tracking and preventive maintenance planning. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Effective team management skills with a focus on leadership, communication in English, and fostering a safety-conscious work environment. Ability to interpret technical schematics for electrical systems, mechanical systems repair procedures, and HVAC system troubleshooting. Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes. Experience with commercial roofing.
