Water Meter Technician Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license, access to transportation
  • Background screening
  • Available to travel, work independently, and manage a route
  • Work indoors/outdoors and meet production expectations
  • Meter, construction, utilities, HVAC, electrical, cable, telecom, field service, residential service, lead tech, or supervisor experience preferred Responsibilities
  • Replace residential water meters
  • Complete indoor/outdoor meter work, including pits, boxes, lids, and access points
  • Perform endpoint/radio installation, wiring tie-ins, and leak checks
  • Manage routes and document work orders using a tablet/iPad
  • Communicate access, safety, property, or site concerns
