Utility Worker Description:
Position offered by no fee staffing agency Monday-Friday, 8 am- 5 pm. The pay rate is $18 an hour payday is every Friday. Installing new main/service lines Using assigned tools and construction equipment Lifting of heavy objects i.e., cast-iron pipes, fittings, and chemical containers. Replacing meters and meter box lids as required Taking corrective action on meter boxes that become misaligned. Interact with customers to provide basic or scripted information in response to routine inquiries about products and services. May handle and resolve general complaints.
