Moline, IL Job Details Full-time $23.25 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid training Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Professional networking Windows Driver's License Desktop applications Data entry Productivity software Technical Proficiency Time management Full Job Description KLD Associates has been performing crash research for the US Department of Transportation for over 30 years and we are currently looking for the best candidate for a permanent position studying motor vehicle crashes in Henry and Rock Island Counties, IL. In this position, you will read and classify police crash reports, talk to people about their crashes, and enter data in a government data system. Paid training is provided. Previous experience in the field is not required. The best applicants must have excellent communication skills, good time management, an analytical mindset, and a genuine desire to contribute to public safety.
Position requirements:
Clean and valid driver's license Proficiency with Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office Proficiency with Google Suite Ability to pass a USDOT background check and gain security clearance Position duties (training provided): Read and interpret police crash reports Talk to injured vehicle occupants about their crash Assist crash investigators with casework/fieldwork Maintain cooperative relationships with police agencies, hospitals, insurance companies and tow yards Securely handle private/confidential material Salary is $23.25 per hour.
