Join Our Team for Steel Mill Shutdowns We are looking for skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians and Flux Core Welders to be a part of our team for upcoming steel mill shutdowns . These shutdowns will be in various locations from September - November. Industrial Maintenance Technician Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment components. Ensure all systems operate efficiently during shutdown procedures. Work in compliance with safety standards and procedures. Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment components. Flux Core Welders Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform high-quality Flux Core welding on steel structures. Work on shutdown repairs, fabrication, and maintenance projects. Ensure welds meet industry standards and specifications. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Flux Core Welder Qualifications Proven experience as a Flux Core Welder in an industrial setting. Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety procedures. Ability to work in challenging environments and tight deadlines. Certification in Flux Core Welding preferred. Physical Demands Must be able to lift, push and pull more than 60 pounds frequently, and able to climb heights in excess of 300 feet. Must be able to lift your own weight while climbing ladders, steel bracing, stairs, etc. Must be able to crawl in small or tight places. This job requires bending, stooping, and carrying. Exposed to temperature fluctuations, dust, and noise. Must be able to be around high voltage electromagnetic fields. All of the physical demands listed are essential functions.
