Millwright Supervisor / Maintenance Manager Summary This role performs a wide range of millwright duties including troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and installation of equipment in an agricultural setting. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience who can help keep operations running efficiently and reliably. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain industrial equipment (conveyors, gearboxes, motors, pumps, etc.) Perform routine maintenance: clean, lubricate, adjust, and inspect equipment Assist with equipment installs, modifications, and assembly Transport materials, tools, and equipment as needed Safely operate hand and power tools (wrenches, grinders, drills, etc.) Operate heavy equipment (forklifts, skid steers, aerial lifts) with proper certification Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1-2 years of industrial or manufacturing experience preferred Experience operating heavy equipment (certifications preferred) Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools Ability to read basic diagrams and schematics Strong work ethic; able to work independently and on a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Willing to work overtime as needed Physical Demands Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures May require work in confined spaces Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
