Full-Time Job Description Henderson Specialties Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Millwright to join our team. This position involves installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment. Candidates with welding experience are strongly preferred. This role requires regular travel to various job sites, so flexibility and reliability are essential. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Perform alignment, rigging, and precision measurements Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely Perform welding and fabrication work as needed Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Experience as a millwright or in a similar industrial/mechanical role Welding experience preferred (MIG, TIG, or Stick) Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Willingness to travel for extended periods Valid driver's license required NCCCO certification or rigging experience is a plus Work Conditions Frequent travel required (out-of-town and overnight stays) Work may be performed in industrial environments, including heights and confined spaces Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions Pay & Benefits (Customize this section if needed) Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Per diem for travel Opportunities for advancement How to Apply Apply through Indeed or contact Henderson Specialties Inc. directly for more information.
