If so, we want to talk to you. We are seeking a Mechanic I/Journeyman to join our growing team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, install, modify, and maintain a variety of industrial equipment and systems, including hydraulic presses, conveyors, carousels, balers, compactors, laminators, and custom-built machinery. This position is ideal for a highly skilled technician who is comfortable working in both electrical and hydraulic environments and enjoys a variety of field service work. Compensation & Benefits Overtime opportunities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Company Vehicle (if applicable) Opportunities for advancement and continued training What You'll Do Electrical Responsibilities Install, modify, and repair electrical power circuits, including single-phase and three-phase systems Troubleshoot and repair electrical control systems Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints Build, test, and troubleshoot electrical control panels Diagnose machine failures and perform corrective repairs Hydraulic & Mechanical Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and install hydraulic systems and components Disassemble and reassemble pumps, motors, cylinders, and valves Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs Fabricate and modify mechanical components as needed Install and service industrial machinery and equipment Qualifications Preferred Skills & Experience Industrial maintenance and repair experience required Electrical troubleshooting and control systems experience Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting experience Mechanical assembly and fabrication skills Welding and metal fabrication experience Experience reading schematics and technical drawings Plumbing experience including threaded pipe, copper, and glued piping systems Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills What We're Looking For Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable working as a one-person service crew Ability to lead and direct others when required Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong written documentation skills, including detailed service reports and work orders Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Requirements Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record Reliable transportation Ability to pass a drug screening Availability for overtime and occasional emergency service calls Ability to lift, carry, and work in industrial environments Fluent in English Why Work With Us?
