Competitive hourly pay based on experience About Us We are a growing commercial and industrial general contracting company specializing in manufacturing facilities, food processing plants, warehouses, and industrial renovations throughout Southern California. Our team performs everything from equipment installation and process piping to facility maintenance, repairs, and tenant improvements for commercial and industrial clients. We are looking for dependable, safety-minded welders and pipefitters ranging from intermediate-level professionals to highly experienced craftsmen who take pride in producing quality work. Responsibilities Fabricate, install, repair, and modify industrial piping systems Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and structural steel components Perform TIG, MIG, and Stick welding depending on project requirements Install process piping, compressed air systems, water lines, gas piping, and equipment connections Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, isometric drawings, and fabrication drawings Install pipe supports, hangers, valves, pumps, fittings, and mechanical equipment Work alongside electricians, millwrights, equipment installers, and project managers Perform repair and maintenance work inside active manufacturing facilities Complete warehouse renovations and tenant improvement projects Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety procedures Accurately document completed work and communicate project progress Typical Projects Our crews work in environments such as: Food manufacturing facilities Ramen and food processing plants Beverage and packaging facilities Commercial warehouses Distribution centers Industrial maintenance facilities Equipment installation projects Conveyor and production line installations Facility upgrades and renovations Preventative maintenance and emergency repairs Preferred Experience We are interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following: Commercial or industrial welding Stainless steel process piping Schedule 10 and Schedule 40 pipe TIG welding (preferred) MIG and Stick welding Pipe fitting and layout Mechanical equipment installation Food manufacturing facilities Industrial maintenance Warehouse construction Manufacturing plants Stainless steel fabrication Qualifications 2+ years of commercial or industrial welding experience preferred Entry-level applicants with solid welding skills are encouraged to apply Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to pass a drug screening (if required by client) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in industrial environments Comfortable using grinders, torches, pipe threading equipment, and fabrication tools Strong work ethic and positive attitude Punctual, dependable, and safety-focused What We Offer Competitive hourly wages based on experience Long-term career growth Diverse commercial and industrial projects Stable year-round work Professional team environment Opportunities to advance into Lead Welder, Foreman, or Superintendent roles Ideal Candidate We're looking for professionals who enjoy solving problems, producing high-quality work, and working as part of a team.
