Based in California, our innovative solutions include manual and automatic filters, sand media systems, ion exchange, and specialty medias for water treatment.
JOB SUMMARY
Performs production welding and fabricating of carbon and stainless steel products.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Program and operate Robotic welding system - Welding of similar and dissimilar metals (Carbon Steel & Stainless steel). Prior knowledge or welding principles and machinery is essential. Knowledge of welding practices including weld wire (solid and flux core), gas, flux, cutting (plasma and oxy/fuel), welding positions (flat, corner, overhead, vertical). Program and Operate High-Definition Plasma cutting table. Ability to read and interpret drawings and/or prints of moderate complexity and understand their meaning for proper fabrication of products. Use of hand and power tools including grinders, hammers, plate roll, punch press, wrenches, etc. Create simple jigs or fixtures from prints or of own design if needed. Layout own work, listen and follow instructions. Desire to work in a safe production environment. Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing and company.
Pay:
$25.00 - $29.00 per hour
