  • OT Pavement Maintenance Producer is seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic/Millwright to perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on plant equipment to support safe and efficient operations.
Plant Maintenance Millwright We are seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Millwright to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment installations. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical-related equipment issues. Install, align, level, and maintain pumps, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and other industrial machinery. Perform equipment rebuilds, component replacements, and mechanical adjustments. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and equipment drawings. Use precision measuring and alignment tools to ensure proper equipment installation and operation. Follow all company safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), PPE, and other applicable safety requirements. Work closely with production and maintenance teams to identify and resolve equipment issues. Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and plant improvement projects. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications 3+ years of industrial maintenance or millwright experience preferred. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment schematics. Welding and fabrication experience preferred. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team. Strong commitment to workplace safety.
